DOWNEY, Alice M. 92, of Seminole, FL passed away June 3, 2009. She was survived by her long time companion Don Amburgey; daughter, Beverly McCauley, CA; son (since deceased), Michael of Seminole; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren. She was a member of Honeywell Honey-belles, VFW Woman's Auxiliary. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on June 13, 2009 at Holy Cross Church, 7851 54th Ave. N, St. Petersburg. FL
